The Jumbo Fish bar is actually half a fish and chip shop, and half a chinese takeaway. There is rubbish parking outside, but you can usually find a spot if you drive up there.
When you go inside the shop, you either go right for the chinese, or left for the fish and chips, although you can order a mixed order at any counter, I think!
The chinese side do an excellent special fried rice, and have quite a comprehensive menu. The fish and chip shop side also appears to have a comprehensive menu, and is always popular, although I have never ordered from there myself.
The staff are all friendly, and speak pretty good English. The food is ok in price, but could be cheaper.
A nice takeaway though, if you fancy a chinese, but I don't think they are open on a Monday. -

One of the better Chinese takeaways in the UK. The other day I came in and got the Speical Fried Rice. It's got everything! Topped with extra slices of chicken and roast pork, then lightly covered with a house made gravy/BBQ sauce (which is fantastic), this meal really did it. I'm glad I happened to be in the area by Heavitree Park otherwise I never would have stumbled onto this gem. One meal off the menu down, 200 or so potential others to come.
